Defective Product

If any masks are defective within 30 days of purchase, we will happily replace. Please send photos and description of the failure and product lot code to support@breatheteq.com. We replace defective product at no cost to you. 

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on masks, even if they are unopened. Please try ordering a small quantity first to check the fit.

Order Changes/Cancellations
All orders/sales are final. We try to accommodate change requests by email, but our customer service team cannot always get to them prior to the fulfillment team packing and shipping the order. We appreciate your understanding. If you make a mistake on your shipping address, please email us with the all-caps subject SHIPPING ADDRESS MISTAKE and provide your order number and the corrected address. 

Fulfillment Errors

Please notify us of fulfillment mistakes within 1 week of delivery. We will happily correct the issue.
