Shipping policy

We ship from the Toronto area to all 50 US states, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are shopping from Canada, please visit canadastrong.ca

Tariff Update: Good news from our border team! We have found a pathway to ship our masks tariff-free again. Our masks are USMCA-compliant, Made in Canada. You will not be charged any tariffs upon delivery.

Lower 48 US States: Shipping rate is free over $79, otherwise $9.75. We ship by USPS with tracking. A faster Priority service is available at checkout.

Alaska/Hawaii: Shipping rate is $17.99. We ship by USPS with tracking. Sorry, we can't offer free shipping to these states.

Australia / New Zealand / Mexico: Shipping rate is $19.95. We ship by Post NL with tracking. Sorry, we can't offer free shipping to these countries.

Maximum Order Size: Please keep all orders under $300. This is a requirement of our customs broker. If you need to order more, please place two separate orders. We cannot combine shipping.

Tracking your Package: Once we fulfill your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Fulfillment Time: (the time it takes to pick and box your order) is not included in shipping transit time. Normally this takes 0-2 business days. We pack orders on mornings Mon-Thurs excluding CDN holidays

Transit Times: Shipping transit time to US addresses is typically 3-8 business days depending on distance from our induction site in upstate New York, and your shipping service selection. This time is approximate and not guaranteed depending on carrier volume and inclement weather. 

Delivery Days: USPS delivers Mon-Sat excluding US holidays. USPS may deliver on Sunday during peak season or as-determined by their regional managers.

Order Changes: All orders placed are final and cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Once an order has been printed by fulfillment, it cannot be altered or cancelled due to the highly automated process. We appreciate your understanding. If you forgot to order something, please consider placing a separate order. All sales are final.

Failed Deliveries: For orders which a courier cannot deliver and are returned to us for reasons including i) incorrect address, ii) customer failure to use pickup notice, iii) customer dwelling not safe or accessible for a package drop, we will charge the customer the cost to us of the actual outbound freight plus return freight. We are not responsible for packages stolen from a customer's premises.
